5-YEAR / LIFETIME WARRANTY
This Warranty is provided by SSL North America, Inc, (herein “SSLNA”).
1. Warranty Terms
All LED lighting products sold by SSLNA are warranted from the date of sale (as shown on the original customer purchase receipt) as specified herein. SSLNA is not responsible for storing nor maintaining sales records of all transactions. Specific warranty coverage is as follows:
Solidly Simple 5 Year Warranty on LED drivers and LIfetime Warranty on the LEDs, heat sink, and other hardware as otherwise provide for herein. A new LED shall be provided under warranty should a customer’s LED fail, or its color or intensity shift from other LEDs in the fixture. The products must be used within the operating parameters specified for the products and installed and operated according to the instructions provided with the product.
SSLNA will, entirely at its discretion, repair, replace with new or factory refurbished product, provide an equivalent product or provide a prorated refund of the SSLNA sale price of the returned warranty claim product(s).
SSLNA will not be responsible for any costs or expenses, which specifically includes labor to install and/or remove products, caused by the following conditions:
- Product that has been modified by the user.
- Product was not installed or maintained according to manual or product specifications.
- Product was subject to unusual physical or electrical stress, water damage, misuse, or negligence.
- Other damages caused after receipt of product by customer, including Force Majeure or act of God.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY REPRESENTS THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF SSL NORTH AMERICA, INC., ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS, FOR ANY PART OR PRODUCT. SSL NORTH AMERICA, INC. MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA)
This Return Process is offered by SSL North America, Inc, (herein “SSLNA”) and is expressly limited to products marketed and sold as an SSLNA brand product.
To file a claim, customer must follow the procedures below:
Visit https://sslnorthamerica.com and use the contact form or phone number to request an RA.
After receipt of the RA, ship the product to SSLNA freight pre-paid to the address provided with the RA. Warranty replacement product shall be returned to the customer at SSLNA’s expense.
Include the following information:
1. Customer name, address, daytime phone number and an email address.
2. Product part number and, if applicable for the product, Lot Number or Date of Manufacture.
3. Copy of original purchase receipt. SSLNA is not responsible for maintaining sales records.
4. Reason for return and pictures of the product while still installed.
Returned product will be inspected upon arrival at our facility. Once product is determined to be defective, SSLNNA will replace with new or factory inspected/refurbished product or repair the product within 15 business days.
